SamsSon Lures 64 is a solid resin hand made 3/4 oz 64mm lipless crankbait.
The design is inspired by my late brothers affinity for shark faced fighter plane design. 
It sinks at around 1 foot per second. 
The wide body makes it easier to bring back up shallow. Or you can crank slower and maintain the depth.
Although it is solid resin with no internal rattles, the oversized stainless steel hardware paired with heavy duty rings makes it a very loud.
Through my personal testing I found that a medium speed straight retrieve, or rips and pauses were allowing it to travel in two water columns were both effective in getting bites.
The balance and shape of this lure keep it at roughly a 45° angle while retrieving or while it rests on the bottom.
